The food was not so bad actually! It was a little too greasy but it was ok nonetheless. The only thing i had a problem with was the customer service. I placed an order for tater tots for about 15-20 min. I went up to ask the time frame, not to rush, just for an estimate. Another lady was asking and the server said she didn’t know unless she got a text message. I overheard so i decided to wait. I discovered this restaurant through the Seated app and decided to try the walk-in option. I drove there around 12:45 PM on a Saturday, only to find that the food truck park it was located in was locked and closed at both entrances. Their website and Google Maps both indicate that it should be open. I called the provided phone number, but when prompted for an extension or to press "0" for the operator, I was met with the message that no one was available to take my call, and I was forwarded to voicemail. The place is there, but it wasn’t accessible at all, and it seemed like no one was present.
During my visit to Triton Yards, I tried the Yardie Grilled Cheese, which features jam and a delicious mango habanero sauce that complemented it perfectly. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the price; for over $20, there’s no reason the sandwich shouldn’t come with a side or a drink! Aside from that, I would likely become a regular customer!
These r not just grilled cheese!! She has the best and most creative combos, money well spent because you really can’t get food like this anywhere else. The owner Danika is also very kind and welcoming : Must go to. Also the surrounding area of Triton yards is a feel good community with a fire pit, board games and good music. Overall a great spot to come to.

I came here to try out Skilled cheese bc of their social media page and I was NOT disappointed. I had the Yardie, which was extremely flavorful and had me wanting more. The pizza tots were 10/10 and more than enough as a full meal, if you so choose. I’ll definitely be back to try more menu items in the near future.
Amazing high quality grilled cheese or should I say Skilled Cheese : food is great the whole scenery around it is a vibe which allows you to enjoy your sandwich a lot more! 100% would recommend to any friend or family member for sure! Promise you won’t be let down!
Too good!!! 10/10 highly recommend! The seasoning on the skilly cheese was good! The bell pepper and onions were cooked perfectly! It was truly an experience! And on a beautiful day, the energy was incredible.
2nd time eating here. Great flavor with fast service. My mom loved it! She had j salmon and I had the chicken grilled cheese. They only have water as an option for drinks but I like water so it was okay.

I visited for lunch on a Thursday, as their hours claim they open at 12 PM and close at 8 PM. However, when I arrived, the gate was locked, which was quite disappointing.
Area was nice and chill. Food was good too. No complaints except it's mainly an outdoor place so I don't recommend it when it's cold
