Sky Bar/Restaurant is not the best way to name this place. It’s actually a rooftop bar that has a menu with 9 items. The food was good burgers and pizza but we arrived with no tables reserved (even though we had booked a table indoors and arrived on time) and was told outside was only available. It was cold outside and we were told to stand and wait if we wanted a inside table. 2 other people were eating inside the rest just drinking henceforth why this is wrong advertising to call it a bar and restaurant. For £50 for two burgers and 2 drinks (1 chicken burger and 1 beef burger. 1 pint Stella and 1 bud light) I expected more. It was booked as a treat experience expecting to get a bit of wow...
We visited yesterday before Sam Fender concert. We don’t mind paying for quality but this is far from that. Staff were amateurish. Tried to book online for weeks before our visit but was unable to as it said they work on first come first serve basis. We arrived to see all tables with views were reserved. I asked the lady who walked around with the clipboard who tried to turn us away why tables were showing as reserved when you don’t have the option to actually book online and her response was “they must have booked before and we closed the option to book” We ordered food that all came out cold. For a Hilton Hotel it’s absolutely shocking. The service was terrible and we won’t be returning.
Was told on the Friday they didn’t do cocktails by a waiter. Then he went and served someone else with exactly that. Waited ages to be served . The next day the girl serving really did t want to be there, I asked her 3 times for the menu only to be told to scan the code, even though I’d already said I couldn’t do it. Very loud music so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere as we couldn’t hear ourselves talk to each other. We came back again later and the loud music was still going on so we left and took our custom elsewhere. It could be a wonderful place to dine and drink but it really was catering for youngsters and not for guests of the hotel.
Lovely place and bar but don't order the food, absolutely horrendous. The steak was dry and hard, and my wife had the burger which was also dry and very hard, it was difficult to even cut it. The taste was horrible. We were told the menu has changed, it was much better last year, but nothing to do with the menu when the food was not cooked right, and on top of it not cheap.

Sky bar is in the Hilton Hotel Wembley. There is inside seating as well as on the terrace. The terrace view is nice but unfortunately, the flat buildings obscure the view of the Wembley arch. Had a pleasant time. Food was nice. Service was polite and helpful thank you to Simon and Alberto for your assistance, answering questions about the menu and taking pics of us :
I enjoy a nice ambiance and typically have to travel to central London to find it. However, I found that same feeling at Sky Bar 9. I felt momentarily transported to either London City or even on vacation. The drinks were good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was professional. Overall, a very decent place in the Wembley area.
Avoid at all cost. The service is dreadfully horrible when dealing with customers in a deplorable way. It is especially horrendous to refuse to accommodate one more family member at the wedding party of six people at a table, this could be done easily considering the table size. Is it run by a manager with narcissistic personality?
Great location for Wembley Stadium and a nice view from the terrace but service let it down and I know London is expensive but £12 for a 500ml cider is very steep! The queues were long because an event was on but I think more staff needed for days like this.

I had a fantastic experience at Sky Bar 9. The venue was beautiful and the terrace offered a wonderful view. Our servers, Alessandro and Javine, were outstanding and very attentive. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it.
