Went on 6/19/24 during lunchtime, you would think people would be dining, the place was empty, that should have been a warning but I thought maybe they are just opening, went in me and my guest order from the waitress, Cajun chicken pasta and wings, I promise this girl was the waitress, the cook, the cashier and hostess, food was cold pasta was soupy, wings was fried to hard and all drums no flats, no ranch dressing, I asked for salt and pepper, she brought me salt and pepper in a cup because they didn't have shakers or individual packets, food tasted terrible, I will never go back, we told her to give us our check and that we didn't want the food, thinking that our ticket was only the drink...

The food was amazing! The service was great! The DJs are on point! Skyboxx is a great place with tons of potential. I avoided visiting for months because of the negative reviews. On a few occasions I did visit and there was only one server and every table was occupied. The servers remain was calm and do their thing regardless. I felt like the manager could have been more helpful in the situation but every leader is different. On the bright side; no one has a more reasonable happy hour. No one makes better drinks. I'm not very happy right now. Because I ordered Skyy Fries and Cat Fish Bites. Then I got an email saying that they didn't have the Skyy Fries and would send me a refund. That was what I really wanted if nothing else. They should have informed me before they sent anything because I would have canceled altogether. Now Doordash is saying it could take up to 5 days for the refund to reflect back to my account. Then when the Cat Fish Bites Arrived it was barely enough to make A sandwich. Now I'm Totally Pissed.

We order food and drinks then about 20 Minutes later our server said she has to relocate us immediately and couldn't find a place to put us.. the manager told her huge party has reserved Spot however the waitresses wasn't made aware gave us our bill I had to pay for a Martini I couldn't finish. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced to think it's black owned.. I would never ever consider going back to Skybox Reserva una mesa ahora

I would not recommend!! So you telling me all drinks our $15 then on top of that we didn’t even get a printed receipt she wrote our receipt for us !! Soo unprofessional and sneaky cause at this point I feel like they just robbed us cause we didn’t get a real receipt!! The bartender was so nonchalant and rude !! I’ll be contacting cooperate in the morning

Decent spot to catch a decent vibe. Hit or miss with the staff attitude. 15 to 30% auto gratuity all times leaving you no option to tip based off of performance. Sneaky add-ons like charging people for sitting at the bar before an event and then charging them if they sit at the bar while the event comes on. Roof leaks when it rains.

I ordered a Philly egg roll and buffalo tenders and it was the worst thing I’ve ever had. The chicken taste soggy and nasty must be fake chicken and the eggs rolls are greasy and unflavored. Save your money

A group of my colleagues went after work around 1 in the afternoon. We ate, drank, danced. In other words, we had a good time!
