The place is really nice but we waited over an hour for our food, mind you was fresh oysters. Then it took another 40 minutes for the rest of our cooked food to come. We had to ask the staff numerous times and they kept saying 5 minutes. Drinks too a really long time as well, the place is stunning but the service is really bad. I was really disappointed. We also stayed in the hotel and tried to call reception but we kept getting hung up on and when my partner went downstairs the concierge said he was busy doing other things and couldn’t talk.. not good when we’ve spent upwards of 2k for the weekend. my friend and I waited 15 minutes after we had set ourselves to get a menu. 1 2 per hour for our cocktails, which were very mediocre and small for 25 and then waited an hour for our food, which we had not said would give a waiting time. when we asked how much longer that would be eating, we were told by a kitchen hand rudely that we “hould expect a waiting for eating because there are obviously 3 functions going”.
What a waste of time! If you want to be deafened with duff duff music, be stank out with secondhand cigar smoke, be sat so far away from your friends that conversation is impossible and be left waiting for 20 minutes just to order a drink which takes a further 20 minutes to arrive then this is the place for you. Ridiculous service, we won’t be back.
All of the staff and especially Leanne, your events manager were exceptional. We had a birthday celebration and were attended to promptly and professionally, the whole team so warm and personable. The roof top setting was magical and the cocktails divine. Such a fun night thoroughly enjoyed by the group

It was enjoyable. The food was nice enough, but very limited because it was Tuesday the rooftop kitchen was closed. Very comfortable in the 'private' cane walled lounge area, with a heater provided. Our drinks waiter was good service was prompt enough.
It’s a beautiful venue but needs to work on their food menu lots of stuff like prawns were dry great for drinks and photos however and staff are amazing.
the personal was great, but clear. it was cold when the wind picked up. they need more cocktail options instead of straight dishes on the menu.
Really enjoyed Skye Bar. Staff all very friendly and helpful, food is delicious, overall I had a fantastic night and will definitely go again.
