I've eaten here three times since 2014, and I have yet to be disappointed. Last night I was with my daughter, 2016 was with my husband, and 2014 was solo. Yes, I do agree it's overpriced, but all my meals have been delicious and beautifully presented. My daughter had roast guinea fowl with mashed potatoes and a mushroom sauce so delectable she ate every bit and she hates mushrooms. Then the show started the woman dining solo on my right sent her steak back twice saying it wasn't cooked properly obviously I didn't hear everything, but enough to realize she was very rude. I understand that restaurants don't always get things right, but rudeness is not the best way to try and correct them. Then...
Traveling internationally as a party of six, it was refreshing to be warmly greeted by Reza R. He sat us quickly despite the restaurant being packed! Despite it being obvious that they were short staffed, Reza R’s professional demeanor never cracked with frustration. On the contrary, he was savvy and the ultimate professional. Our food was delicious, arriving to our table perfectly, and he attended often to assure our satisfaction. The Skylight is lucky to employ Reza R, as he elevates the clientele’s dining experience. Went with my family of five, got the fish and chips. It was pretty good, but the best part was the bread and butter. Probably the best butter I’ve ever had, and very good bread. Three of us got our food somewhat fast, but the other two took a while. Also a little pricey, but it’s an airport hotel, so we couldn’t really go anywhere. Better than most hotel restaurants.
Had dinner there, as due to Covid it 's the only dinner option available in the hotel. The waiting stuff was friendly and helpful, the food was good enough. So we were very happy to have a convinient in hotel dinner. A now due to Covid that is already a luxury in itself.

Decided to eat at the hotel restaurant as it was cold, windy and pouring rain outside. What a great choice! The service was friendly and efficient. The onion soup was some of the best we've ever had (including at bistros in Paris), and the wine choices were quite good.
If I could have given it a minus score, I would have. Ugh! Equal to or worse than roller coaster park food. Captive audience at mercy for price and quality. Shame on you Hilton. (Note: : ate in bar but saw same food being delivered in restaurant)
Had the steak and fries meal. Also had the burger and fries meal. Lovely ambiance to end a wonderful trip to France. Opens at 7p for dinner.
très bien , le repas sous forme de buffet était très bien le rapport qualité prix est très correct . je ne regrette pas du tout ma venue

The one man working the entire floor was doing an incredible job. Kudos to him. Other than that just another place to spend money.
Soup was the best thing. Dessert was lacking any texture and flavor. A new dessert chef to be hired, may be.
