First of all: restaurant is ground floor, not top floor as the name and photos seem to be!I ordered onion soup and buffet.Onion soup: cold, without any salt and cheese. A piece of bread with cheese on top was on the plate but not in the soup! It was so cold that never even melted.The buffet: fish was normal, not good not bad. Pasta was served on a real cheese melting pot, but unfortunately it was over over cooked (so cooked that the pasta was broken) cold and, again, without salt.Wine arrived and nobody let us taste it (1 red and 1 white). They just left the open bottles at the table while we were at buffet and never came back.This is not the quality of food and of service that i pretend whe...
J'ai déjà eu maintes fois l'occasion de m'émouvoir du service décevant dont nous gratifient un nombre croissant d'établissements. Voici maintenant que les hôtels de luxe s'y mettent aussi !Il est clair qu'aucun des serveurs ici n'a suivi la moindre formation hôtelière ou alors ils ont séché les cours de savoir vivre. Côté bar, c'est à la limite d'être carrément désagréable. Côté restaurant, c'est fait à la j'en ai mare vivre. Faut dire que quand la cuisine envoie des plats aussi lamentables qu'on paie bien cher, ça n'incite pas le personnel à respecter les pigeons qui se font encore avoir malgré les avertissements sur TripAdvisor.
En transit à Roissy, nous sommes allés dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel Hilton. Nous étions 7 personnes, accueil très médiocre, nous avons attendu plus d'1h30 pour que tous les membres de notre petit groupe soient servis...Personnel mal aimable et pas du tout attentionné. Une attitude pas acceptable pour un Hôtel de la marque Hilton. Étant donné le niveau élevé des tarifs, le service n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Nous avons dépensé 270€ (si le service avait été bon, nous aurions consommé bien plus). Je n'irai plus jamais dans cet Hôtel...
Food was alright but the prices were crazy. Even for Paris/hotel standards. Restaurant looks very dated and could use some modernization. Staff very formal. Food was alright, nothing special. We had a Coca Cola for €6 and a simple glass of Rosé wine for €12. Restaurants in other hotels nearby offer better value for money.

Very limited menu. No salads. We asked if we could order from the menu of the Skylight Bar, 5 feet away, which has a larger menu and salads and hamburger but the waiter would only do so if we ordered only or or two things, not most of our dinner. So we moved to the Skylight Bar which was better.
If I could have given it a minus score, I would have. Ugh! Equal to or worse than roller coaster park food. Captive audience at mercy for price and quality. Shame on you Hilton. (Note: : ate in bar but saw same food being delivered in restaurant)

Had the steak and fries meal. Also had the burger and fries meal. Lovely ambiance to end a wonderful trip to France. Opens at 7p for dinner.
Choose the burger and fries. It was better than my hubbie's scallops. Service was good.a d we were seated oromptly.
