So disappointed! This has been our favourite local chinese for a while now, but the last couple of delivery times have been terrible. Our last order took almost 2 hours to arrive we called to check status around 1 hour after ordering and were told it was on its way. We called every 15 mins or so after when it still hadn't arrived and were given a different excuse each time driver needed petrol, driver was new to the job, busy busy night etc... We missed our opportunity to eat a hot meal as our 6 week old baby woke up and the night time terrors began! Our food eventually arrived and was hot, so I highly doubt it left the restaurant an hour earlier like we were told.
Disappointed again! I ordered a meal for my family this evening that arrived 1 1/2 hours after my call.I called twice to check on delivery told was on the way. I was not happy with the extended delay asking for a discount and was told no discount no discount can cancel your order at 1 hour 20. Is there any common sense applied to the business or customer with this response? I was forced to pay my $45 or order something else.THE MEAL WAS REQUIRED TO BE HEATED IN THE MICROWAVE TO FEED MY KIDS.ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.Avoid this Chinese restaurant, there are others in the area and will spend my money elsewhere

The food is great, and I would happily give it 4 or 5 stars for that. However, the ordering process is incredibly frustrating. At times, I had to make 10 to 20 phone calls just to place an order, despite the restaurant being quite busy. That's why I'm giving it only 2 stars in the hope that they improve their service. It would be wonderful if they could set up online ordering or at least answer their phones more consistently. Please consider making these changes!

I will never understand how anyone else can leave as a 5-star review for this restaurant! eating is always delivered early and is always so fresh. every dish on the menu is so incredibly delicious. we love this Chinese restaurant and have others in the opposite tried, but this is now our favorite by far. 10/10 will always recommend skyline Chinese!
Worst food I have ever eaten. Bought a family quantity of meals take away and NOTHING was edible. Literally Threw it all in the bin. Over cooked, dry and chewy meats, really weird (Not nice) flavours not in keeping with chinese foods. Nobody in my family ate the meal and we bought emergency pizza for dinner as a replacement. DONT GO HERE
I dine here often, and I must say it's fantastic! The prices are excellent, and the owners are wonderful people. I highly recommend their Chinese food to everyone; you won't be disappointed!
Food here is amazing definitely recommend takes awhile to deliver but so worth it
