Ever watch Grease and wish you could blast into the past and spend the night at a big retro drive-in cinema or grab a burger and shake in a retro diner?. These days it is hard to find a drive-in cinema around Sydney. However Western Sydney’s Blacktown Skyline Drive-in has provided great sound and film quality for over 50 years and continue to be a great experience. Set yourself up under the stars, in the privacy and comfort of your own car and get ready for a great night. It’s perfect for those days when you don’t feel like changing out of your PJ’s or when you just want to kick off your shoes and snuggle up to your partner. Would also advise to get a head start and leave a bit...read more

Collect a carload for a retro-style dinner and movie $10/head) at the recently remodelled Blacktown Skyline Drive-In . You’ll feel like you’ve stepped onto the set of Happy Days with smiling staff in red-and-white candy striped uniforms, Creaming Soda Spiders $6) and buttered popcorn wafting through the air. It’s enough to create nostalgia even in those who’ve never set foot in an American drive-in’s diner! Comfortably ensconced in a padded-vinyl booth, I take in quirky wall memorabilia before losing my head in a Peanut Butter Milkshake $7) – it’s so good you won’t want to share. The Classic Beef and Cheese Burger’s $8) plump, char-grilled Angus beef patty leaves...read more

Looked so much like the Pops diner from Riverdale (TV series). I was initially just looking for a toilet after we arrived at the drive-in, and was told that there was one in the diner. Ended up buying some drinks because I had already brought some food, since I didn’t know there’s a diner there. But there’s really no need to bother stopping by at some other place before coming here just to grab some snacks to eat during the movie, because this diner is just a few steps away from the parking lot of the drive-in. You can even sit in the diner and still have a clear sight of the movie screen through the glass wall!

It's a full retro 50s diner, blue pastel walls with bright red chairs, at a drive in theatre. This takes you way back if you're that old, I'm not that old but it still feels awesome. The Chili Cheese Dog was lacking the chili that it needed but it still tasted alright. The cheese was delicious! At the price that it was you can't complain. The Bacon and Beef Burger had a milk bun, a nice juicy beef patty and lots of cheese. This actually tasted really good, gourmet burger good! It's a great little place to visit while you're watching a movie in your car. I'll be back next time I'm at the drive-in. Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant has a charming retro 50s diner vibe, complete with blue pastel walls and bright red chairs, making it feel like a fun throwback. Even if I'm not that old, it still brings back great memories. The chili cheese dog could have used more chili, but it still tasted good, and the cheese was delicious! Considering the prices, it's hard to complain. The bacon and beef burger was a standout with its juicy patty and generous amount of cheese—it truly was a gourmet treat! Overall, it's a fantastic little spot to stop by while catching a movie in your car. I definitely plan to return!

The diner resembles Pop's from the TV series Riverdale. When we arrived at the drive-in, I was just looking for a restroom and found out there was one in the diner. Since I had already brought some food with me, I ended up buying some drinks, unaware that there was a diner on site. There's really no need to stop somewhere else for snacks before coming here; it’s so convenient. The diner is just a few steps from the parking area, and you can even sit inside while enjoying a clear view of the movie screen through the glass wall!

My friend and I ordered a hot dog each and some chilli cheese fries and onion rings. We got back the car just as the movie started and started eating. Neither of us could eat the food. It was horrible. The hot dogs were hard and chewy and the bread stale. The onion rings were all batter and virtually nothing in them. The chilli fries were cold and didn't taste any good. Really bad experience. Waste of $40.

Im here right now. It’s 9:38pm ide like a coffee and I was refused entry as they decided to close. Who makes the rules here? Im a paying customer and I paid for the access to the diner until the hour listed as closing time- which is 10pm. You are a bunch of wankers Reserva una mesa ahora

I’m currently at the restaurant and it’s 9:38 PM. I’d like to get a coffee, but I was turned away because they decided to close early. Who does that? I paid for access to the diner until the listed closing time of 10 PM. This is really disappointing.
