So I've been craving the BBQ pork pineapple bun all week, and have been thinking where I can get one aside from Dragon boat cuisine which will require a 1-he wait for a table for 4 on a weekend. My coworkers have been raving about the BBQ pork here, even though we've been here before but the food wasn't very memorable, we decided to give it another try. Got here around 12:50 and ended up waiting for 40 min. But the BBQ pork pineapple buns were to die for!!!!!!!!!! They came steaming piping hot, super yummy crust with a thin skin so you get lots of BBQ pork inside. I ended up getting another plate at the end for "dessert". We came here on a Friday morning with my family. We miss authentic dim sum and were thrilled to be introduced to this restaurant. We ordered 7 dishes and were very satisfied! The best item were the warm pineapple char siu buns. Oohhh, they just very perfect in texture contrast and flavors! The chiu chow dumplings had a thin wrapper and were steamed perfectly. The portugese chicken tarts were bite size and delicious! Looking forward to visiting Markham again just so we can eat dim sum there!
This Chinese restaurant is well lit, open with high ceiling. Reservation a must especially over weekends. Their dim sums are above average. Do not miss their Barbecue Pork on their menu - the best in uptown! Our server however were not ready to extend his job professionally. We had to ask for our water and sauce numerous times. He had literally told us to wait. We just wish that we were at another section that would had been a great lunch.

Typical large Chinese restaurant with round tables which can seat 10 people each.Huge UHD TV screen in the restaurant shows some interesting pictures and videos.Service is friendly and very good.Dim Sum and regular items offered are very good.Excellent spot for large parties and celebrations.Prices are very much in line with similar Chinese restaurants.Worth a visit.
Skyview is a resturant that serves dim sum for lunch but 8have a menu for dinner. We had dim sum as a group for 8 and the bill is not expensive at all, around $20 per head. They do not take American Express though

This restaurant is nicely decorated after it was bought by Dragon Boat Fusion and had a wide selection of food.

Great food and good service. This is my second time here. Wow. We had a 8 course menu wich was stunning.
