I will always be a loyal customer to any local business that demonstrates exceptional customer service along with fantastic food. We had ordered delivery, but unfortunately, it never arrived. Although the issue was quickly identified, Slice of Italy had already started remaking our order right away. Within 15 minutes, one of their employees, Lauryn, personally delivered it to us. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which impressed my family and me. We will definitely continue to support Slice of Italy because they truly prioritize their customers in every way. Cheese pizzas usually have too much cheese on them, so I requested light cheese, then pizza didn't have enough cheese on it .Pizza was not cooked or browned as much as we like. $14 small cheese pizza takeout was overpriced Cannoli cream was very good, but dried out shell ruined it. Tomato sauce was very good. House made balsamic vinaigrette on salad was good. Veal was okay.

09/2023 . Chicken Marsala was very good. We also had the tiramisu. Pricey at over $8 but good. Dinner entrees come with salad and rolls. Service was very good. Very nice people. The chicken parmesan is delicious, and the pizza is great, especially the taco pizza! The salads are generously portioned as well. Takeout is a breeze.

Paid for something I didn't order. They said manager wasn't there to make adjustment. There was no apology for the mix up.
