Second time I’ve ordered from here and received wrong/ cold food. I am very disappointed at the lack of care they had while servicing me. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with fresh cooked GRILLED chicken. For the side sauces I asked for ranch and honey bbq. When I received my food they had tossed my chicken in bbq sauce. I asked if they could remake my order because I did not ask for them to toss my chicken in any sauce. I received the remake salad and my grilled chicken was COLD and not fresh. I was issued a refund . I am very dissatisfied.
First things first, customer service via drive thru was great! The strips were cooked a little too hard and not enjoyable. The fries were extremely soggy. I’ve visited different locations in Central Arkansas and realized this may be a franchised location. The food did not taste like any of the slim chickens I’ve had before. The breading, the fry seasoning.. all different. I may try this location again at a later time.
I absolutely love Slim Chicken's! Every time I've visited the Jonesboro location, it's been fantastic. I usually go for the Cayenne Ranch chicken sandwich, which is delicious, but you can't go wrong with the strip baskets either!
It was packed... so I knew it was probably good. The slim sauce is amazing. I order 5n5 five wings five tenders... food was 8.5.Parking: 250Kid-friendliness: Yes. It was plenty of family's inside.

This was my second visit, and unfortunately, my order was completely wrong again. The food just didn't measure up to what I've had at other Slim Chickens locations.
It seems we arrived during a shift change, as several employees were gathered and chatting. Unfortunately, our food was served cold. This was our first visit.
