My husband just got us bagels this am and made them aware of his dairy allergy. They cut his bagel with the same knife that they used to cut my dairy bagel. He didn’t discover until taking a bite and his throat starting closing. Thanks Slims for attempted murder!
always hot and fresh . I have been stopping here while coming and going to longisland since I was a kid. many cream cheese selections fair prices . great customer service. NY style bec on point. buy a dozen bagels get 7 free bagels .
The staff are unfriendly and seem to think they are doing customers a favor. The bagels are overpriced, and there’s an additional charge for using a credit card. Unfortunately, the bagels are hard and stale.

Incredibly delicious and served warm! The bagels are topped with sesame, poppy seeds, onions, and a variety of other toppings. They are truly the best bagels I've ever had!
I miss the inside of the Slims with the inside seating and the long countertop. Still, happy the place at least here to grab bagels easily in the morning.
Perfect bagels and you don't have to be perfectly hungry to enjoy the best. I have been their customer for many years.
