Sloan's Pub House - Reserva de mesa

Today, we decided to go there for dinner, and I found myself making another call. Once again, our steaks were overcooked (it's a steakhouse, after all!). We requested extra seasoning but received none—just plain meat off the grill. To make matters worse, we didn’t get any rolls at all, and we had to wait longer for our order than we were initially told. This was a takeout order. Overall, I'm really disappointed. The manager I spoke with today said she would send another gift card for our meal and acknowledged that we didn’t receive rolls. But honestly, I’m much more concerned about the main course—my protein! What am I supposed to eat now? And I still haven't received the first gift card e...

I went out for a girl's lunch, and it was wonderful! The brisket and dip were fantastic, and we also enjoyed fries, a salad, spinach and artichoke dip, and toasted ravioli. Everything was delicious, and our waitress, whose name I believe was Ally, was excellent. The place was clean, and the music wasn’t too loud, which was perfect for our catching up. They offered outdoor seating, but we chose to sit inside. This was my first visit, and I definitely plan to come back!

I stopped by for lunch while visiting clients in the area, and I was really impressed. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. Everything arrived promptly and was cooked to perfection. The place had a friendly, local bar atmosphere and an amazing selection of burgers. Unfortunately, I couldn't try any of the adult beverages since I was working, but I definitely recommend you check it out if you’re in town. – The Travel Salesman

refused to let me in and wouldn?t even look at my ID to see i?m of age. but let underage kids in and serve them alcohol, weird. place looked nasty anyway. and the little manager literally pushed me out the door and one of her little workers were rude to my friends and i as soon as we tried to go in, calling us a b h. I visited Sloan's for the first time on my birthday, July 15, and it was fantastic! They served the coldest beer I've ever had, and the waitresses were incredibly accommodating. My younger son ordered a Hendricks martini, and they perfected it! I highly recommend this place, and I'm definitely going back!

Bad customer service. Overall, I just don?t feel welcome here. The bartenders always ignore me and aren?t very nice. Drinks aren?t that good and are too expensive and the bouncers are rude. I will not come back and will gladly take my business to Hurricanes right down the road.

This is a fantastic and welcoming restaurant with wonderful staff. I dined there for the first time and had an amazing experience. My sons have been frequenting this place for a while. Overall, I give it a perfect rating: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
