they want to drink whisky? then they are absolutely right at slyrs am schliersee: because this is the only Bavarian whisky distillery and the taste of whisky clearly reminds of the Scottish malt. a few years ago I stumbled on an article about this distillery and thought I had to go with a few people. so I organized a guide, the reservation of this guide went ultra-easy. we were up there with 20 people, and we're already there. we even had the manager as leader who really super-easy and no demand evadings, all about the operation, the brewing and the whisky explained. excellent breakfast, the best I had in a long time. all four of us had different things and we were all very happy. the French toast is filled with a creamy sauce. the bagel has perfect brot – soft yet hard enough to really hold together. the yogurt was anything but boring, with many different things in it. they store fresh berries in different things. they could have a really unique breakfast like me, or get an American breakfast, as my brother did: speck and eggs and toast. the eggs were perfectly cooked – a very impressive meat. the speck was also above average. they have a lot of unique juices, like rhubarb, which actually tastes and smells like real rhubarb. there were many other unique...

Great and healthy food for a reasonable price. Friendly staff, even though probably a bit understaffed during our visit. But would recommend the place for a quick bite and hanging out in the sun on their second floor.
