Ambience is wonderful for a date. Service got the job done though it lacked enthusiasm. The whiskey flights are well thought out and diverse. Each selection comes with a micro story/lesson. I found it delightful and informative. I was a vegetarian for 6 years and a vegan for a year. The food was good but not great compared to other fare of the same cuisine I have had eating out. The food is beautifully plated but I could careless when the dish itself is lackluster. The green fried rice was tasty and saved the meal while the cauliflower and poutine apps just lacked flavor. Be advised all but one dish on the menu was vegan. Will not repeat.
I love this place and have been here several times before but I'm going to pause before coming back anytime soon. I made reservations and gave ourselves 1.5 hours before we needed to leave for a nearby concert. Ordered an app that came out as expected and we ordered our meal at the same time. We waited an hour for our meals and both were not good. Tofu was salty, rice was under cooked and included one single mushroom. A round of drinks were comped but was a overall bummer experience when you see tables around you having no issues and not very busy when we arrived and ordered.
Best Manhattan I have ever had, and I am north of 65. Menu looked wonderful and the food delivered lived up to the descriptions for the most part. Service was slow and a little too somber. Overall, good experience and I look forward to going back.
Fantastic food and drinks! We enjoy sitting at the bar, sipping on their exceptional cocktails while sharing a variety of small plates. The cuisine is creative and delicious; we love experimenting with new dishes and have never been let down!

I stopped in at Small Batch Whiskey Fare just for drinks and had a lovely time. The staff was very friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's a fantastic place for cocktails. I'm looking forward to returning for dinner!
Small Batch is a hidden gem! The menu is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the bar offers some fun choices. I've visited three times in the past few months and I can't wait to go back again soon.
Cool spot near the Fox theatre. Perfect for a meal before the show. I was surprised how big the portions were. Will was the bartender and he's just great!
We really enjoyed the restaurant. They are currently experiencing some issues with their kitchen staff, so I hope that gets better soon.
