Prioritize the people inside the store. Made an order at the counter and had to wait bc someone called in an order. I realize this is a business but folks should not be able to jump ahead bc they call. I used gas money to visit the store.... cupcakes were decent. Will return but have heard complaints about customer service in the past.
Me and my family absolutely LOVE Smallcakes! Best place to grab a sweet treat in Baton Rouge their customer service is amazing! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming when we stop by. My fave is the Smallcakes Smash — highly recommend to anyone!
Wow!! the cupcakes here are HUGE! But they are so good! I definitely stalk their Instagram to see what specials they have every day. Sometimes I can’t help myself… I’ll eat 2 in one week! Literally my favorite place to get cupcakes in town

Stopped in today for the first time. I had the cookies and cream ice cream and it was fantastic!!!!! It was so creamy and delicious and probably the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time.
Hands down the best cupcakes I've ever had! They are huge (bigger than a typical cupcake) and always moist. This place is always my go-to for a sweet treat in Baton Rouge.
Stopped here today for the first time!!! Picked up cupcakes, cookies and ice cream. So fresh and delicious!! Front counter woman was delightful and helpful. Will be back!
