Place clean on walk-in half hour after opening, I was craving a burger so I had high hopes for this place. Sorry, guys disappointment. Ordered my food online in front walked in about 6 minutes after just to look around, but when I said my name,surprise my food was bagged and already sitting in the to-go area. Wow!? that was quick . Anyway grabbed bag. Yes, it felt alittle cold, but I ignored it, mistake .. In car driving away (I had to go) I open bag to start on fries ughh cold and tastedold. I couldn't eat them, nor could I turn around. Fingers crossed for burger .. nope as soon as I grab the burger, I feel thechill. Why is this food so cold? , the burger looked sloppy and unappetizing. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive half an hour after it opened, and I was excited to try their burger. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. I had ordered my food online and when I arrived, I was surprised to find it already waiting for me in the To-Go area. Although it was fast, the food felt cold. I decided to drive away and when I opened the bag, I found the fries to be cold and stale. The burger was also cold and unappetizing. It seemed like the food may have been leftover from the day before. I was unable to eat the meal and ultimately felt it was a waste. I do not plan on returning for another try, although the staff member behind the counter was friendly.

We decided to order takeout from this restaurant since the one closer to Lodi does not offer online ordering, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, our food arrived late as the Uber Eats driver made another delivery first. Despite requesting extra sauces on the website and calling to confirm, only half of them were included in our order. Additionally, the food was cold and only at a moderate room temperature. The two burgers we ordered were cold and greasy, the wings were warm from the frying oil, and the fries were stone cold. We ended up wasting $10 on two orders of fries that were not up to standard. Overall, the experience was completely unacceptable for the price we paid.

Ordered takeout since the one closer in Lodi does not do online ordering sadly. We were starving. Uber Eats driver dropped it off 10 minutes late because of another delivery. Had requested sauces on side and half of them weren?t in the bag after wespecifically called to add them to the order. Not to mention everything ranged from cold to moderately room temp. 2 cold, greasyburgers we should?ve gotten from Five Guys, wings warm from being submerged in fryer oil, and stone cold fries. 2 orders offries wasted for $10. I really wanted to like this establishment but the take out I received left much to be desired. I ordered a Classic Smash Burger and fries. While the fries were acceptable, I found the burger to be dry, most of it was incredibly oversalted and the remainingwas tasteless. I had to discard half of it in the trash. On a positive note, the restaurant itself was clean and the staff werepleasant, but that?s not enough for me to return for another meal.

We enjoy the slightly more unique menu items like the crispy brussel sprouts, black bean burgers, and Smash tater tots. However, the classic burgers, smashfries, and chicken sandwich are great as well. Friendly staff that works hard to get your order ready dining-in or take-out. Smash is higher-tier fast food. Solid choice for a burger-n-fries family night.

The burgers were tasty, but not as juicy and hot as I have had in the past. The music was more geared towards harder rock, rather than current Top 50 hits or a wider variety of songs. I wish there were salt and pepper shakers on the table instead of paper packages.

I went here a few days ago. The service was great. The seating area is very nice and modern. I was very impressed with the food. A hidden gem of a place in Paramus that you should definitely check out!
