The staff at Smashburger were very friendly, but the bathrooms were unfortunately quite disgusting. My salad was inedible and a total disappointment. It’s been some time since my last visit, but now that the nearby competitor has closed, I understand why. My first salad here was excellent, though it’s not cheap. My daughter’s burger was decent, and our bill was fair, but my meal was very disappointing, and I felt too embarrassed to ask for a replacement. I won’t be coming back, especially given the terrible state of the restrooms, which reminded me of a gas station bathroom, made worse by the inconvenient need to get a key outside the building.
Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms were disgusting. My salad was COMPLETELY inedible. It was 90 rotten. It's been a long time since I've been there, but the other location near me closed and now I think I might see why. The first salad I had here wasamazing and it isn't super cheap. My daughter's burger was okay and our tots were okay but my food was completely inedible and Iwas too embarrassed to send it back. I won't be back again and the bathrooms like were atrocious. They reminded me of a gasstation bathroom- The kind you have to get a key for on the outside of the building.
Hello, I've enjoyed everything Smashburger offers for the past five years, but I recently experienced a problem. While dining with a friend, his sandwich contained a piece of undercooked chicken. Today, I ordered the seasoned chicken wings and found that the chicken was barely cooked beneath the skin. I kindly ask that you make sure the chicken is fully cooked moving forward, as it seems to be undercooked. Thank you.
Hello, I love all the food smashburger has to offer. Been coming for like 5 years now. But Just recently I came in with my friend and there was a raw piece of chicken in his sandwich. Now today I got the seasoned chicken wings delivered, and the chicken was barely cooked under the skin. Please consider to start cooking the chicken longer from now on because I think it’s not being cooked enough. Thanks.

We happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped for lunch. There was a steady line of customers but it only took a few minutes to get my order taken. Our burgers came out quickly and were hot and tasty. Their signature fries are delicious. The place wasclean and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back.
this is a beautiful place, it is like an elite 5 youngs and the service was sweet the cashier dude was legendary for all where I live in buffalo and that is definitiw better then barbill 189or everything in buffalo I leave $20 on the table for a tip, but it could still be taken but the place was changing the life
We were nearby and chose to stop for lunch. Although there was a steady line, I was able to place my order within minutes. Our burgers came out fast, piping hot, and full of flavor. The signature fries are outstanding. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was very welcoming. I will definitely be back!
Dinning room was just perfect for our 85+ party. Many people conversing was loud and hard to hear. Buffet was very good but chicken pieces were mostly bones. Sad to say that as everything else made our special day, one to remember. ????

The restaurant is clean, the food tastes great, and the restroom is well-kept. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, they are in line with what you'd anticipate at a sit-down diner—plus, the service is much faster.
The service and food at Smashburger were outstanding. I ordered the double bacon smash burger, and it was absolutely delicious.
