Smashburger - Reservar una mesa

I usually don't come to this place because I'm not out of the area, but I feel the need to give a special reputation to an employee especially to Erin. I'm not sure if she's the manager or manager of the shift, etc. but she was incredible. I had asked for a modification to my burger that was unusual and let me know what it might be difficult to achieve. But she came through and could get me the burger I asked and was so friendly about it. Immediately after we had ordered, about 20 people had come to the restaurant to place orders and they ran around and made an amazing job to make sure everyone was taken care of and everything came out right. I called in to place an order and waited for seven minutes before deciding to go to Smashburger instead. When I got there, they told me my order was still being prepared. No one was seated at the tables, and it took 15 minutes to receive my order. The chocolate milkshake arrived right away, but by the time I got home, the burgers were squished, soggy, and cold. I spent nearly $30, and I’m really unhappy with the service. This Mamaroneck location definitely needs a manager to address these issues.

I have to admit that my delivery arrived cold, but even if it had been hot, I don’t think the food would have justified the price. I tried reheating it in a toaster oven, but it didn't help much. The portions were small for such a hefty cost. The BBQ wings were unappealing, and my burger was poorly assembled. Overall, I was disappointed.

The service was excellent. The food was served promptly and prepared well. The seating area was clean, and it was easy to observe the staff ensuring everything was in order.
