Lesson in logistics desparately needed. Order online if you actually want your food. I ordered 1 burger with fries and 1 order of chicken wings with onion rings, 41 minutes . After I ordered, I proceeded to watch them process 75% of all orders and prioritize doordash orders over the customers in house. 24 minutes of waiting I asked and they said they were waiting on my wings, though I watched them give out wings to other customers that arrived after me and to online orders. After 41 minutes I finally got my order. I like the burgers but at this point my burger was cold and onion rings were burnt. The young woman at the register today seemed more interested in her cellphone than in her job. She didn't make any eye contact or greet us, making it clear that she wasn't in the mood to work. Instead of engaging with the customers in front of her, she focused on her phone. We decided to leave and go to another restaurant down the street. With so many dining options available, there's no reason for staff to behave this way while they're on the clock. Service: 1/5 Atmosphere: 2/5.
every time I go to smash burger my order is always wrong I’ve been to this location multiple time because me and my family live the food I would give this place a five stars if they actually got any orders correct I’ve gotten food from here online, with DoorDash, and in person every single time they get it right The food at this place would be great but they never get any orders correct Food: 3

This is my new favorite place to get a burger! Unlike other places they have a variety of burgers: turkeyburger, black bean, etc. I love that they offer some healthier sites like sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts. At this point the interior and tables were very clean and the service was fast. I'm looking forward to returning.
