The food was obviously good—it's smash burgers, after all, and they've managed to stay in business in a mall. However, the service was quite disappointing. Both employees at the counter were rude and seemed really lazy. It took them an astonishing 23 minutes to prepare just two burgers. During that time, I noticed them making several to-go orders, even though there was no one there to pick them up. I stood waiting the entire 23 minutes for my food, only to find out they also forgot the shake I ordered. In short, the food is great, but they really need to consider new staff, especially the ones working on Saturday at 5 PM.
Great menu with many different signature burgers! The first time I came to smash burger I was very excited to try out the Avocado bacon club burger. I was very impressed by the food here along with the drinks shakes they had! This is a nice placeto go during the day when you want to hang out with family, friends or even with yourself ! I recommend this place highly !
I went to get takeout and when I got home saw hair in my food. I feel like if you're paying $15 just for a burger alone and nothing else this shouldn't happen. Ended up throwing this away and don't feel like driving all the way back to get this fixed.I hate leaving bad reviews but feel like the staff should be a lot more careful to prevent this from happening.
It tasted like a charbroiled burger rather than a smashed one. It feels more like food court quality while paying for the smashed brand. I really love this chain, but I'm disappointed with this location.

Me and my husband love coming here. He usually gets the smoked bacon brisket burger but I love the fries, we suggest you try it out! The staff here was also excellent, very welcoming.

This is definitely one of the worst burgers I've ever had, and they weren't cheap either. Instead of dressing, they use mayonnaise on the burgers. Ugh!
First time trying out the food here, everything tasted so delicious and fresh. Big juicy hamburger and smash fries are the best fries I?ve ever had

Tasted just like Carl's Jr. In and out and the Habit is better. No seasonings, no crispness like other smash burgers that we have had. 1 and done.
