Smash Burger used to make top-notch reliable for a few things juicy hot burgers and cooked to perfection hot pommes. Now the food is just okay, not as hot and freshly tasting as it was. This place seems to be on the decline and I do not expect it to take much longer. Not well kept, short on the staff, and not many people lately. Too bad a good place can come and go so fast.
Not like before. I've gone to this place for five years and it's steadily gone; Food and service. The burgers and fries were once great, but now they are average. Customer service is also average. I was in a row a few times where the food was fine and so was the service. I would choose Five Guys, Dave and Tonys or even Wendys about Smashburger.
Smashtots are DELICIOUS! Great service, they bring your order to the table. Chocolate shaker was cold and homemade. Bacon Smashburger was perfectly cooked and the strips of bacon were huge! My beast and I spent about $35 for two drinks, burgers w pages an additional order from Fritten. Would eat again!
Love smash burger and blindly came in due to other experiences. Throughly disappointed in the quality of food and lack there off. 3 napkins in trying to dry out the dripping grease off the fries and I?m nauseous. The burger was the same way. If you can find a Five Guys you?re much better off.
