Smashburger - Reserva de mesa

People taking our order didn't know anything about gluten free. Had to go ask the cook questions for us multiple times after we let them know what the website said was gluten free. The floor was covered in oil. It was so slippery we all almost fell. No trash can outside. No changing table in the womens or mens bathroom. We had to take our daughter outside to change her. Then, there wasn't a trash can to put the diaper in. So, we are driving around with a poopy diaper in the car. Soap dispenser was sitting in the sink. Wasn't mounted and you had to pick it up to use it then set it back down while you washed your hands. The food was good. Everything else needs a lot of work.

I’ve been really disappointed with the service lately. I waited at the front counter for five minutes while a grill staff member was more focused on watching TV than helping customers. After finally placing my order, I tried to find a clean table to sit at, but all of them were dirty. The food itself was overly greasy, and both my companion and I ended up with upset stomachs afterward. Ever since the new owners took over, it feels like everything has gone downhill. The service is slow, the tables are dirty, and the condiment area is in disarray. It’s just not worth coming back anymore.

To be honest, I won't be returning to this restaurant. The person taking my order had long hair that wasn't even tied back, which made me uncomfortable about food safety. The entire place had a strong sewage odor, and the floors were extremely greasy and slippery. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I really think the health department should be notified.

My family has a gluten allergy and issues with dairy, and Store 1026 has always been very accommodating in ensuring there is no cross-contamination. In the 8 years we've been dining at Store 1026, we have never encountered any problems with cross-contamination. A huge thank you to the amazing team at 1026—you all are fantastic! This manager wasn't so pleasant. She denied my coupon for $5 for my burger and my wife's Since we both subscribe for the coupons and rewards and we are avid smash goers. She advised it's one per group only. Which I asked her it doesn't state that in one coupon and we do this all the time. We both have separate coupons

The guy making our food is wearing sandals? Does this specific location have zero care in the world for appearance and cleanliness of the facility? Trash littered throughout, greasy/sticky seating area, soda splattered all over the floor and fountain area. Can't wait to feel the after effects of this disappointment.

The red headed cashier was really really unpleasant to deal with. I picked up some napkins near the register she basically screamed at me that those were for delivery only.

I have ordered from this location on two separate occasions and received raw chicken. I would not recommend this location.

Ordered 11 sandwiches the day before...ready and hot when I got there. Grilled chicken was a hit too.
