Smashburger - Reserva de mesa

Please fix your website. I’m not writing a bad review or anything like that because the food and drinks are really good. The only problem is the website because it says there open till 8 some days and then other days it’ll show different timings. Today I went to order food and it was closed and the door was locked but on the website it said it was open. Please fix your website. This is not the only time I have come due to false timings on the smash burger website. I’m never coming here again because I don’t know when it’s opened or closed. The food wasn't great at all, the fries were even worse, and the service was... Unspeakable. They all just stared at me super judgemental. When we came in they said we couldn't sit in the lobby because they didn't want to clean it? So we sat out in the sun. We asked what all they were out of at the very beginning and when I got to my drink order they didn't have tea, whatever, so I wanted a milkshake. Smores. They are out of marshmallow suddenly that wasn't told to us. Then they could only serve half a cup? Super weird. I wouldn't go back at all.

There were only 2 ladies working 1 in the kitchen and 1at the register. I was immediately greeted and advised of the situation as well each customer who arrived after me. Great Job ladies!!! You both deserve a raise. Excellent customer service as always. Additionally, every time the young lady took an order she washed her hands before handling the food and she does this all the time!!! I wish i could give 20 stars!!

I visited for the first time and found that they were short-staffed, so only takeout was available. It took a moment to place my order, but the cashier was friendly and doing her best to move the line along. My food arrived quickly and was fresh! I really enjoyed it, though I wish they had Brussels sprouts on the menu. Reserva una mesa ahora

Went here for lunch. Waited in line for 15 minutes as I watched the lady bag pick-up orders (doordash). She then announced that they were too backed up on doordash orders and weren’t taking any in-store customer orders. Which is ridiculous. She handed us a free fountain for waiting and sent us out the door.

They aren't allowing dining inside, which is why SmashBurger is closing its locations. A business can't succeed if it doesn't serve its customers—today alone, they lost $140 in sales. I have a big family, and we were ready to order full meals and milkshakes, but instead, we left empty-handed.

Still the best Burger joint. Nonetheless, the Smash fries with truffle oil was replaced by olive oil(disappointing). Tables had a sanitized label indicating that they were sanitized, however we didn't see anybody cleaning or sanitizing them between customers

The food was decent; the burger was good, but the fries were excessively oily. It doesn't compare to California. I rated this place one star because the kitchen staff was incredibly rude, and I had to restrain myself from saying something. Reserva una mesa ahora

Awesome spot, working in the area and this is my go to spot for lunch. Great staff, only 3 of them given today's worker shortage. Friendly, helpful and best of all, delicious food.

Food was absolutely phenomenal! Solid selection without getting overwhelmed. The staff there is personable and on point! I will keep coming back to this location!
