Their smashburgers have potential and I enjoyed my lunch. The bun is good, the meat is good, but the burgers just don't stand out overall. It's a tasty burger, but it looked more sad and droopy than what you would expect from the branding of this place. Both the bun and the patty were not as fresh and hot considering I thought my order was freshly prepared during my 10 minute wait. It looked like a hastily prepared fast food burger that you might get from a poorly run Burger King franchisee. I recently returned to Smashburger for my second visit and ordered the Double Bacon along with fries. It was around noon, and to my surprise, the restaurant was quite empty. The service was good, and I liked that they offered free drink refills. The fries were decent, and the portion size was generous. However, I wasn’t impressed with the burger—it was cooked well but lacked a flavor I enjoyed. Sadly, I experienced some stomach discomfort for the rest of the day. I might explore a different burger spot from the menu next time.
Smashburger MB Classic Burger with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, Ketchup and special sauce along with roasted cauliflower were delicious! The bread is special and soft, great with the burgers. I love that they use parchment paper to wrap the food that is safer instead of plastic or foam type of containers. Highly recommend and will be back.
This is a new Smashburger location in Manhattan Village. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the burgers were exactly as advertised. The milkshake wasn't very good and they were a little slow to keep the dining area clean....but that's beingpretty picky. We will be back.

I never been to Smashburger before, I said to myself let me try it. Boy was I disappointed, I rather one of the regular fast food chains burgers than this burger, very little flavor, I don't mind paying extra for good food but not worth it here.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. It was awful. I get that you ran out of onion rings, but you certainly weren’t out of salt—I can add that myself. Plus, waiting 30 minutes was such a disappointment!
Ordered the classic smashed burger without buns. They followed all the order notes, and with help of DoorDash, they delivered the burger to my hotel. I ate this in my room. Delicious!
My classic smash burger was flawless—a definite 10/10. The garlic rosemary smash fries tasted gourmet. The restaurant was empty when I visited, and the service was incredibly quick.

My family and I are repeat customers. This is one of the few places we go to for burgers. The food is always fresh, and service is consistent, with a cool laid back ambiance.
They nice alternatives to potato fries. The brussel sprouts are a bold choice.
