Great food, great prices, great people Let's start with the fact that I felt like family once I got in. Most businesses feel like anger, but SB starts the whole process right. I was greeted and ordered within 30 seconds. The whole process was painless and I was properly informed when all the benefits of SB membership in less than 2 minutes. As good as the service is, the food is on another level. My burger was so good, even if the service was terrible, I would come back. My frits were perfectly cooked and I think I just had the most juicy burger in the world. Oh and that bacon. In all, I spent $14 for the meal it's worth because I would like to pay more. The fries were quite good as well. It’s not difficult to make decent fries, but these really stood out—they were excellent and had a unique flavor. They reminded me of a blend between McDonald’s and Checkers or Popeyes fries, which I personally loved. The only disappointment I found was the shakes. Despite being made with Haagen-Dazs ice cream, they were quite basic and didn't excite me. I’d prefer to head to Carvel or even Wendy's for a shake. However, that's the only negative I could find—the burgers were exceptional, which is the most important thing. I can’t wait to come back soon!

The food is quite standard, comparable in quality to Wayback Burger and similar places. The burgers are good, the chocolate shake was decent, and I found the prices to be quite reasonable—definitely more affordable than Five Guys, which I really appreciate. However, the service deserves a solid 5 stars. The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and kind; I've seen him there several times, and he is the main reason I want to give this Smashburger a 5-star rating. He was so helpful and made sure I got everything I wanted. A big shout-out to you, sir!

I downloaded the app today, where I've been trying since it's been. The checkout was very professional and cordial. The manager named Jerry who bought my food was very nice, shook my hand, called me by name and thanked me that I was over. The food was well prepared and packed for my extract. I can't wait, it smells amazing. I came home and tried the Spicy Guac Double Burger... oh man... the spices, Jalapeno and Guac were out of the chain. I ordered the sweet potatoes, they were right. The Burgers and grilled chicken are both excellent. Their French fries and onion straws are also excellent and go down too easy. You blink and you 've eaten half the tray. It can be a little loud during the busy times and sometimes finding a seat is a chore, but at least you know the food is going to be the freshest. Another downside is the wait can be a little long for a fast food joint. The upside for this location is the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Was riding the hype train after trying this place in Vegas and was happy it was both near me and still fantastic. Great prices good food. Foodies need to go here for their burger fix.

I was introduced to Smash Burger in Dallas, and I absolutely love their Spicy Baja burger, the Truffle Mushroom Swiss, and the Salted Caramel shake.
