Service was rude. The cook was rude to the trainee and yelling at him. We ordered loaded poutine fries and got a basket of waffle fries that had 4 fries with cheese. The rest were dry. The beef gravy was literally watered down aujus on the side. When we asked for more cheese and if we?re mistakenly been given aujus instead of gravy, the cook said, that?s standard. Asked for our money back. They said they would have to call their GM. Ridiculous. Brought us more fries after we said we wouldn?t be back and they were exactly the same. Do these looked ?loaded? to you?
Floors dirty in eating area and worse behind counter in kitchen area. Two young men who apparently were in charge of making sandwiches were goofing off and talking loudly. An unnecessary distraction. The pastrami I ordered had chopped meat instead of slices so every time I took a bite the meat fell out. This place needs some cleaning and more mature hired help. I won't be going here again any time soon.
If I could give this a negative rating, I certainly would! I'm shocked by how the teenage boys who work there speak to the young ladies, using crude names. It was quite uncomfortable to witness. It's disappointing that these boys feel empowered to demean others, and it's clear that management has overlooked the disrespectful way they communicate with each other.
We visited this restaurant on our way to Washington, and it was an excellent choice. They offer a variety of salads and vegan options, all made with fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly and efficient! It's a fantastic spot for anyone with friends or family who have different tastes and dietary requirements!

I love their burgers. Have never been to the location, just order thru Door Dash. Food is always fresh and my order is always correct. Only thing I'm disappointed in is they took their waffle fries off the menu. Can only order them with the chili or the gravy. Will definitely continue to order.
The service was extremely friendly, and the sandwiches were fantastic. However, the dining area was quite dirty. The tables hadn't been cleaned, and the floor was sticky. I also noticed staff members standing around eating cookies instead of tending to the cleaning.
The burgers were fantastic! We ordered a single cheeseburger, cheese curds, a BBQ burger, and a hot dog from the kids' menu. The cheese curds cost $7, but they were delicious. Our total bill came to $37.
I ordered the dude with fries. This food was so delicious i called back to tell them how good it was. Most delicious food for lunch ive had since the Florida Keys, years ago!

Our first visit to this restaurant was definitely a success. The lunch was fantastic! I would highly recommend giving it a try.
The food was very good. The staff was extremely rude. They were taking only cash today and their math was sketchy.
