Smith Wollensky Steakhouse Miami

Table reservation for my fiancé birthday. S&W’s steak and food was absolutely amazing (her Wagyu, me Bone-in Ribeye). Our waitress on the other hand, wow, just wow, she was probably the meanest we’ve ever had in our life. To this day, we are stumped on why she was in such a bad mood, unfriendly, moody, and acted like she hated us being there. Because the fiancé and I are the nicest customers you’ll ever meet. Which says a lot in Miami! Every time she took our order for drinks, appetizers, etc it was like “what do you want?! Hurry up. Okay fine, I’ll be back” before we could even ask any questions about the menu The couple sitting next to us had a legit good waitress. Night and day difference of attitude. We listened to them get a full detailed explanation about what appetizers were popular, the drink menu, etc. Unlike us, when they received their steaks, that waitress and her assistant gave them a brief info session about S&W’s process of aging and steak preparation. It was interesting! We DID NOT get that AT ALL. Lastly, I’m still giving S&W Miami Beach Stars because not only did a manager thoroughly listen to my comments, he also wanted to make sure we come back. I spoke to him on our way out when my fiancé was in the ladies room, because I didn’t want to highlight my disappointment with our service on her birthday right in her face. I also made it clear to the manager there’s no alternative agenda here I legit could not believe that I’ve had nicer service at Taco Bell vs the most premium steakhouse you’ll find in the country

Steak lobster tail were cold and the steak was nearly raw, asked for medium rare. Service was poor. We were celebrating our anniversary here for special reasons and our anniversary. Very disappointed. They did give us a big piece of chocolate cake. Nice, but we aren't chocolate people much. BTW, the waiter did ask for it was. As we were serving the food to our plate, we hadn't taken a bite, we said fine. No one came by for minutes. Too late then
