Y’all, Burrito says this is like stepping into a small town from any Hallmark movie. Think hometown, born country, southern hospitality, and calories don’t count here. If I hadn’t come with mine, you might just find ya husband, or the small town love of your life. Dumpling says small town feels and moves at a small town pace, but worth the wait and time. The hush puppies were good, but the herbed butter was the star of that show. We split a club sandwich on tomato basil bread and onion rings for the side; we split this and did not leave hungry. Smithfield Gourmet Bakery is a charming, neighborhood eatery. You are welcomed at the door and led to a table in an open room. Breakfast is available in the morning until 10.30am and lunch thereafter. A smiling, helpful staff explains the menu. The sandwiches are massive and delicious. Smithfield Gourmet Bakery is an excellent interlude for a visit to the town of Smithfield!

We went there on a Sunday around 1:30. They don't serve a regular lunch menu, only brunch menu all day and the menu is limited. They were also low on lettuce. The waitress took my order wrong. The food was good but we sat outside and were swamped by flies, so many that I had to stand away from my table to eat.

I love small town jewels. Greeted upon entering. Seated quickly on an early Sunday morning. The food was great. I had the chicken salad on focaccia bread. I look forward to trying a baked good on my next visit. Highly recommend. Reserva una mesa ahora

Hidden gem downtown Smithfield, the service was excellent the food was delicious you will be hard pressed to beat the prices for breakfast at this place, the Boston Cream muffin cakes on the bakery side is very good.

New blonde hair older lady is the rudest person I have ever met there! She will cause you all to lose business! I will not be back! Her customer service skills are not there! Makes rude comments about customers too.
