The food at this restaurant is quite good. However, I have had multiple frustrating experiences when placing orders over the phone, as there is often a lot of background noise on their end and they have difficulty hearing me. This issue has also been experienced by my boyfriend and brother, so it seems to be a problem with their system rather than with how I communicate. Additionally, when picking up my order in person, I have felt ignored as they have taken other customers who arrived after me. When inquiring about their desserts, I have been made to feel like a bother, and often need someone else to provide me with information. Pleasantly surprised!!! Saw the sign off of Rt 13 and decided to stop in. It was on a Sunday and unfortunately they don't serve bfast, that's what we wanted but stayed for lunch. Had roast beef with gravy and fries and Mac and cheese. The roast beef was good in portion and taste. The wife had Shepard pie and it was good also. They have specials. The service at this restaurant is excellent and the food is consistently fresh. It is common for them to prepare the fried chicken when ordered, so the wait is not an issue for us. We often take advantage of this time to explore the surroundings. The ambiance may cater more to older generations, but it is definitely worth a visit. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience for lunch.

Food is great! Only problem?. Today I went for their pretzel salad. When I open the container, I get this small piece of pretzel for $4.50. It?s normally a larger amount so I was really disappointed. It was a $3.00 size piece. Everything is costing more,yet getting less.

Great food and great staff very friendly. It's very confusing on how to enter this place. You go through the front door and they tell you you should have came in through the thrift store.
Large portions. Lots of variety on the menu plus nightly specials. Our waitress was excellent!!
