This dining experience was a complete disaster from beginning to end. Knowing that they cook to order, I tried to place my order over the phone as a loyal customer. However, when I called on New Year's Day, I was told to call back because the shop was busy. When I eventually went in to place my order, I found only one stressed-out person serving customers, who kept mentioning how stressed she was. This fish and chip shop is really disappointing now, I would recommend avoiding it. My loyalty used to be with the previous owner. The new owner has driven this business downhill so much that I will never come back. The current staff are also completely ineffective. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I’ve always loved this places through the years and i will always be a returning customer. Amazing customer service, especially for the young girl at the front, so polite and understanding! Great food as always i couldn’t recommend this place enough.
Fish and chips are the best and the staff is also very friendly. Must try chicken nuggets and their special sauces. I recommend everyone to visit there.
