The service, the menu range, quality of food and its presentation is all that you would wish for after an exhilarating day on the slopes. The bill was very pleasing too. We had a vegetarian amongst us but the menu design easily provided some equally tasty options. I noted also that a couple on an adjacent table had some allergy considerations but the friendly English speaking staff where able to confidently advise on suitable choices. A large group of us dined just before the Easter weekend, and as per usual the food and service was excellent. We have been returning here year after year and it never disappoints. A new addition to the menu was the Duck fajitas which were excellent. Some of the party had the burgers which all looked great. After dinner we all went downstairs and had a good old dance. Already looking forward to next year.Simon P.
What a great place. Belting menu, terrific atmosphere and impressive food. Try the Special Steaks, Fajitas or Mountain Burgers. You will be asking for their Butcher's address! Not only great food but a real Apres feel to the place and if you stay late, the live bands or DJ will help you burn off those calories til one in the morning.
We didn’t book but probably should have done because it was very busy. We loved the gourmet burgers and thought the house wine very reasonably priced. The setting has a lot of character and a good atmosphere. Service was excellent and we appreciated the complimentary genepe. We will go again but will be sure to book ahead next time.

We visited this place three times during our week in Les2Alpes, just for drinks. One night there was a good live band, the other the two DJ. The place gets pretty busy around 11pm which we liked. Even when it's crowded you can get drink at bar without waiting. We enjoyed the time here.
If you're young and you don't have much money but you still want to have fun the smithys is the perfect place! very good atmosphere, service is pleasant and coktails are delicious and very affordable!
Ribs at their tenderest. Sticky, juicy, plump melt in your mouth pork. If you want to maximise your pleasure and cause food envy Suck the bones lick the plate for maximum enjoyment. Good heaven
Just had a plate of wings to share, which was nice. Had a bottle of red wine to share which the waitress said was €15 but charged us €18. Nice atmosphere

We have eaten here every time we have visited Les Deux Alpes and we have always had friendly service and loads of food at a great price.
The menu has a varied choice of meals and what we had was very tasty, found it a little expensive though
