We were in town for business and Smitty's was recommended for dinner. It was fantastic! We started with calamari and bruschetta, both were delicious, the calamari was lightly breaded and perfectly fried. I had the champagne chicken, others had the lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs and one gentleman had a steak. Everyone enjoyed their meal greatly, the steak was described as best ever. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!
I had a great experience at Smitty's this time. The service has always been good, but there were some issues with the kitchen in the past. However, tonight everything was fantastic! The food was delicious, especially the Black Jack Chicken sandwich with added bacon. I highly recommend trying the Cream Spinach as a side dish - it was phenomenal. I will definitely be returning!
It was my first visit and it was the Best sirloin steak I 've ever eaten! I like mine 'well ' so I usually expect it to be a bit chewy but this steak just melted in my mouth! They even carry my favorite steak sauce Country Bob 's but I never used it. The juices from the steak were better than any steak sauce! Can 't wait to go back!
I recently enjoyed a ribeye steak with a baked potato and side salad at this restaurant. I must say, compliments to the chef - my steak was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. My waiter was attentive and courteous, always ensuring my needs were met without me having to ask. Reserva una mesa ahora
I went to this restaurant yesterday for my Mother-in-law's birthday. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, although I didn't catch his name. He was a tall, slim, young African American man. He truly deserves a raise for his excellent service. Kudos to him.
We have been here 5 times since moving to Evansville and couldn't be happier! Love this place. Never had a bad meal, service is fine and love that it's local. My favorite place in town!!
My husband had the chicken parmesian and I had the chicken fettuccine. The food was awesome. The wine wasn't bad either. No problem with the server even though they were very busy.
