Ordered a pound of slices and a half pound of chopped for my daughter in Love. The brisket has an excellent bark; full of peppery goodness and not too salty. The sliced was just a hair dry and I’m assuming they source non USDA Prmie briskets. Chopped were excellent and…the buns. Dang, those toasted buns hit hard! Sorry guys but we went full carnivore so no comments about the sides. The locals dining ALL ordered sides of some kind, so I’m sure they are excellent. Definitely recommend and will return!
