came here for a quick lunch on a cloudy day. before they approach the truck they get a smoke. Not unpleasant, but enough to tell them that there is a serious cooking. ends up order a pulled chicken sandwich with coleslaw and a side of mac and cheese. my order came out quickly and the pieces were generous for the price. Now I am not a BBQ aficionado, but this is probably the best bbq I ever had on the island. the sandwich was stacked high with juicy, tender, shredded by huh. What a miracle is, I would say when considering how easy it is, bbq huhn to its dry. it has been sunk in honey, which can be caterable in the BBQ world, but it worked. Take that sandwich together with the koleslawin a beautiful bang. on the other side, the mac and the cheese were equally fantastic. a nice cheeky chest on the top, with cheesy mac below. no brothcrumbs, no sweetness, the way to be mac and cheese. I was blown away by what I started, I totally forgot the fear of my day. the extra mile of my job worth! overall, not discounted on this place because its a food truck. they come by, put an order and prepare to be amazed.
So amazing! Me and a friend came here since we always wanted to go and conveniently they were open today! I got a beef brisket platter with fries and Mac and cheese while my friend got a pulled pork platter with the same sides. The brisket was so fresh and tender! The homemade barbecue sauce was the best part of the meal by far. Fries were cooked perfectly and the Mac and cheese was definitely homemade! Prices are fair for BBQ food. Will definitely be coming back in the future! Thanks!
have been waiting for this food truck for instagram for months only to try it. today my family and I went and tried to order a little anything from the menu. we tried the pulled pork, brisket, pulled chicken, short ripening, st.Louis ripening, sausage, burned ending, mac cheese, cole slaw, boring, french pries and a hot dog. everything was absolutely delicious, but the real excerpts for us were the st. louis ripen, the mac cheese, the burnt ends and the hot dog!
The BEST bbq I have ever had! We had ordered from the food truck and I was blown away! The short rib and brisket were so juicy and full of flavor, you don't even want to put any of their homemade sauces on it even though those are delicious too. The wings were crispy and cooked to perfection and the Mac and cheese was just amazing. I can't wait to eat from here again!
