My husband and I attended the BBQ 101 class at this restaurant yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing! I cannot praise it enough. The dinner alone was worth the cost of the class. They guide you through prep, cooking, and everything in between. The group size was just right - enough people for enjoyable conversation, but small enough for individual attention and questions.
