"My visit to Smok-haus Hicksville was not what I had hoped for. The prices were quite steep in relation to the small portion sizes. The beef brisket was overly greasy and covered in gravy, while the pastrami sandwich was so soaked that the bread turned mushy. They also failed to include the mustard on the side as I had asked. The BTB at Smok-haus Hicksville is simply outstanding! The brisket is tender, flavorful, and rich with cheese. The cheese fries are a fantastic choice as well, while the bratwurst sandwich is tasty, although I would have preferred a bit more seasoning on the brat. Unfortunately, the brown rice is rather uninspiring, so I wouldn’t suggest that. Nonetheless, I wholeheartedly recommend the other items on the menu. The restaurant is a bit hidden in the strip mall and can be easily overlooked due to its single entrance. You order via screens, and it’s takeout only.
