What was even more concerning was that he was taking on tasks that he really shouldn't have been handling (I know this because I work in the food industry). I went to the counter to request more utensils and noticed the managers just standing around, so I brought it to their attention. Despite several complaints, they didn’t take any meaningful action. They pretended to check on customers but didn't do anything to help. It was obvious that the young man was overwhelmed.
I believe in supporting my team rather than adding to their stress. I sincerely hope this young man recognizes his value and understands that he deserves better. Additionally, our food took so long to arrive that many of us...
We found this place at the Plaza Mall location, and they recommended their main restaurant for more variety, which did not disappoint! The food is amazing! Everything was cooked to perfection, and we've since returned twice more, gradually trying everything on the menu. The potato dish is my favorite! It’s very different from a few other places I’ve been to, and I will definitely keep coming back. Plus, the customer service is excellent!
I really enjoyed the cantina area; there's a great selection of beers on tap and the service was excellent. The nachos were okay, but I found them to have too much sauce and not enough brisket. The crust on the Dino rib was overly salty, and I had to use a lot of barbecue sauce to offset it. While some might like it that way, it’s just my personal opinion. Additionally, they were out of the 5x5 Blonde, which affected my experience.

The Texas brisket was delicious! The interior is comfortable, and the outdoor dining area is relaxed and inviting. The staff were very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.
