I love coming to this location with the kids. The store smells fresh and clean. We always stop by after shopping at the center. We are currently addicted to the Smoothie Bowl, my favorite is Acai. My kids and I use to come by for Smoothie before but now we always stop by to grab the bowl as well. I will highly recommend this location to anyone looking for clean and healthy Smoothies. The staff is friendly and always make the guest feel welcomed. I will be certainly coming back.
I just recently waited over 20 minutes in the store for a smoothie after not patronizing this particular location for almost a year for being so slow. I was hoping that management would address the issue of extremely long wait times with either trainingor thr hiring of additional staff to work but I see that hasn't been the case. The drinks are good but mot enough to wait thatlong again. It's a shame because I really want better for this location.
I love smoothie king.. But seriously what time does the store open? I ordered thru the app picked the closest location to me. Was closed when I got there. No announcement on the store for change of business hours or anything. Seriously, what ishappening? I tried to call but nobody answered.
I arrived at 7:45 to find the door locked, and the staff shook their heads to indicate they were closed, even though they don't close until 8. I showed them the time on my phone, but they still refused to serve me. It was a very disappointing experience. Reserva una mesa ahora
Excellent customer service. The employees ensured that we liked our smoothies before we left. If we didn?t like the smoothies they were willing to make a new one. The smoothies were EXCELLENT!!! ????????
No explanation from the employees just got a slashed neck sign from the worker when I tried to open the door. Store hours say open???? Guess they didn?t want to make smoothies today.
It’s been hit or miss every time. But more often than not, my order is incorrect. And even when ordering ahead on the app, my order is not ready when I get to the store.
