However, when I arrived at this store on a Saturday, I was ignored at the door, even though there were two male employees behind the counter. I waited for about five minutes at the pickup counter while they finished a conversation, and my smoothie wasn't even made yet. The place appeared clean, but the customer service was severely lacking. The interaction when receiving my drink felt forced and uncomfortable, as if I was interrupting their discussion. I would only recommend stopping by this location if you were absolutely starving.

The owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations, frequently interacting with customers to ensure we're happy with our orders. Even during busy times, the staff takes the initiative to greet and acknowledge customers as they arrive, reflecting their commitment to excellent service.
This is my second try at getting a smoothie bowl from this place. During my first visit, the fruit was frozen and discolored. Today, I ordered the bee berry bowl again, but it wasn't ready when the app said it would be—no big deal. However, they filled the bowl too much, and when I opened it and carried it, the pitaya blend spilled all over my hands and clothes.
The fruit in my smoothie bowl was still quite frozen, and the bananas had an unappealing discoloration. Additionally, they kept asking me to show my receipt even though I paid in cash at the register and was never given one.

Ordered online just to wait 40 mins, yet everyone who came in after me while i was waiting got their stuff. And as soon as my order was coming they started serving someone else. Worst service i have ever had.

I ordered a smoothie with strawberry, banana, and pineapple. It was made quickly and tasted delicious. The service was very efficient.
The smoothies are delicious, and the staff and owner are very friendly. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!
