Smoothie King - Reserva de mesa

I don’t know if it’s only this location, or all of them, but Smoothie King is so bad. Today we arrived at 3 PM and they were OUT OF STRAWBERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES. How does that even happy for a smoothie place where over half of the drinks call for strawberries? The young people working are very nice, but they got part of our order wrong and they did not present a very professional attitude. Also the smoothie king menu is impossibile for anyone to read or interpret. There is so much potential here but it’s just not working out so far. Very disappointing

Their service is trash. First of all, I don’t understand the point of their drive thru. Every time I’ve come here I had to wait for what feels like at least 20 mins, usually with only one car in front of me. This day, when I got to the drive thru, they said someone would take my order shortly, and I feel like they forgot about me because 10 mins passed and no one came to take my order, so I backed up and parked to go inside. Now when I stepped inside, the floors were sticky and it smelled atrocious so I left without ordering. I’m disgusted.

Sadly I pulled up Just now at 7:49 pm. There were two people inside and they ignored me at the drive thru window. I didn’t purposely go there so close to closing time. I would prefer they just answer the drive thru and say they closed down a little early.

The smoothie, the minimalistic vibe, and the environment was absolutely calming. I had came there to have a drink because of my biking and boy! That smoothie did it's job. Nothing went wrong and the employee was just doing his job. 100/5 stars! Reserva una mesa ahora

I got a chocolate kids smoothie yesterday for like $5. Had no flavor and tasted like ice so my kid threw it away. I will not be back. Also, for some reason it took like 10 minutes to make with nobody else in the store.

Update: I forgot about my poor review and came back again. Sure enough “out of Greek yogurt.” This location is quite often out of stuff. Twice now out of the pumpkin smoothie ingredients and once out of Greek yogurt.

Walked in a few minutes before 9, open sign was still on and door open. Manager said too bad. They still had everything out so could have easily made one smoothie. Won’t go back.

Lots of the ingredients out of stock and the smoothies are terrible. Staff is very nice but this location is awful. Reserva una mesa ahora

This site does not open on time and they are very slow.
