I have come to this smoothie king several times never had a problem. But this one time it was a rude worker. There was a problem and I told her to throw it away. But instead gave it to another customer (who was making sure she got it by the way) for FREE after I paid for it and told her to throw it away. Instead of making us another for free she want to charge us. I don’t think it’s fair we had to pay again while she gave it to another woman for free after I said throw it away. I will NOT be coming back to this location anymore. I have went to plenty of smoothie kings where they have made it over with no problem so why couldn’t they do it here!!
Smoothie King has the best smoothies in town the Union location is very fast and mostly very polite. However there is one cashier that works there during the day her attitude needs to be adjusted because it brings down the overall experience because she is so unprofessional and negative. Other than that if you can avoid the lady with the red dreads that works front counter you will love it
Natellie did a great job with our order! Her customer service skills were welcoming and her interaction with her fellow employees was great as well! Our smoothies tasted fresh and smooth! She even made an effort to interact with our toddler as she gave him his smoothie. It’s because of staff like her that we will continue to support spots like this! Thank you!
I love Smoothie King. I hadn't gone there in a while but I'm glad I went recently. The workers were nice and speedy. The smoothie was delicious. I purchased a 40oz peanut butter and chocolate smoothie for a bit under $10 that served as my breakfast and lunch. It took me 2 hours to finish it but it sustained me until dinner. I'll be going back soon.
