Collected so no issues with slow delivery as mentioned in other reviews. Burgers are made to order so probably a 20 min wait on a busy Saturday evening. First visit so we had the Meal Deal with a Tower (chicken and a Mexican (hot! . Chips, onion rings and drinks included. Great sauces, great value, especially with discount (they do student and NHS . Oh, and the burgers were delicious. Still hot after a 5 mile drive which is unusual. Smoques has the best burgers in town and delicious chips, even without any added flavor. However, I would not recommend ordering delivery after 7pm on a Friday or Saturday as the food is consistently late and cold. It is best to pick up your order or skip it altogether, as they tend to forget items when busy. Unfortunately, when we have brought up missing items, there has been no apology, refund, or discount offered. This lack of care from the staff has led us to stop ordering from them, despite being regular customers. Attempts to contact management have gone unanswered. I ordered breakfast from this restaurant on a Sunday morning and I just had to leave a review to say how fantastic it was! The only downside was that the food wasn't piping hot when it arrived, but to be fair, I ordered it from Haywards Heath to Burgess Hill so that may have been my fault. I decided to give SmoQue's breakfast a try after being impressed by their burgers. The breakfast definitely lived up to my expectations. I ordered two sausage and egg buns for my wife and mother-in-law, and sausage and bacon for myself, along with three hash browns. We all agreed that the quality of the homemade ingredients was excellent. However, my mother-in-law was unsure about the seasoning on the egg, while I found it very tasty. I deducted one star for the food arriving later than stated, but it was still hot so it was not a big issue. I ordered at 4:06 it finally arrived at 5:48! No communication from the shop when I finally found contact details. Phone wasn’t answered email not responded to. Food clearly had been sitting ages as chip soggy and tepid. Burger had good flavour but was also barely warm. This was meant to be a rest weekend treat cost £16+ and was disappointing to say the least. As a rule I don’t give reviews but felt obligated to do so tonight as over an hour and a half is not acceptable when the product is less than expected.

Food wasn’t what I ordered they put pickles and onion which I’m allergic to in my burger after ordered without so had to wipe it off my food so it was cold when I got around to eating it , they wouldn’t sort it out and then the patty was bone dry will not be buying food from here again McDonald’s cheese burger is better

We haven’t ordered from here for a long time, but I can assure that we won’t again. Said that order would arrive in 55 minutes, however I rang them after 1 1/2 hours because it hadn’t arrived. Food arrived barely warm and not anything special, we chose Smoque because they used to be premium burgers- they aren’t anymore.

So confused by all the negative reviews!! We had a take away on a Friday night it came super quick, it was hot and was absolutely delicious! Both the burger and the chips were so good. We will definitely be ordering from here again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone for an awesome burger Reserva una mesa ahora

Food arrived 40 minutes late and cold the burger buns were soggy the lettuce was limp and watery . The worse takeaway I have every had and on calling them was meant with uninterested and rude staff. Disgusting food will never use this takeaway again .

the food was delicious and the staff where so friendly. i would totaly reccomend it even just for a quick bite to eat.
