My wife went to pick up an order, we were late in picking up the order (we are under construction). She arrived, the shopkeeper said she 's ready. My wife said great, he said “bun if it’s cold too bad” well yes she was late but there are manners to speak. He doesn 't take payment by card, so my wife asks where she can withdraw, she goes out and in front of the kebab finds some change (the shopkeeper thinks she 's gone and hears the shopkeeper talking about her to his customers like "you don 't have to complain if it 's cold after anything etc and the customers who acquired in front of the bar.” I find that VERY VERY VERY UNAPPOSED. We are new to FALCK and this is the first and last time we will go. P.S: the order was not cold.

Without a doubt the best kebab restaurant around and has been for a long time! The ingredients are of excellent quality as are the service and hospitality. There is a choice for all tastes and over the years I have never been disappointed...the manager takes care of his restaurant with the heart, not just to fill his pockets and this is evident to everyone point of view. Proof that fast food can rhyme with high quality, seriousness, professionalism and above all super good! A restaurant that deserves 6 stars in my opinion.
