The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and there are countless toppings to choose from. I really don't think this place deserves a 4.4-star rating. The quality of the food and the service were both terrible. I ordered a pizza for $18, but let's backtrack a bit—I was already feeling disgusted by the time I placed my order. The woman who took my order had a really unsettling appearance; her teeth were completely decayed. First and foremost, I must highlight the incredible staff. They were friendly, engaging, and very helpful, especially since we were first-time visitors. Secondly, the food was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh, and there are dozens of toppings to choose from for your custom pizza, salad, or grain bowl. Plus, it’s super affordable—just $10 for a delicious personal-sized pizza that can easily satisfy one or even two meals. Additionally, the two pizzas we did receive looked and tasted as if a four-year-old had made them. The crust was burnt (it crumbled in my hands while I tried to eat it), the cheese was sparse and burnt, and overall, it was a complete waste of our money. I'm not sure what has happened, as we used to really enjoy ordering from Snap. However, their quality and customer service have significantly declined.
I had an amazing experience with their thin crust pizza! The best part is that you can choose unlimited toppings for a single price. I highly recommend adding the spicy broccoli and chipotle corn; they make fantastic toppings. As for the service, it was excellent. I dined in for lunch, and the prices are quite affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person.
