My experience on April 4th is not related to a food experience, after I witnessed the store manager completely lose her professionalism....I don't know if I would feel comfortable with her making my sandwich either. Sad that our leadership gets drowned out with poor behavior. Though the lady expressed that she didn't care about anyone else's opinion while she made sure to void and refund a customer because she made that decision....I felt it was unfair to her staff and also her neighbororing business. Went into pick up an online order right before a convention came in. They gave me the wrong order (right ticket, wrong food inside). I walked all the way back, told them the mixup, and they said they would remake my food. I waited 15 minutes and asked if it would be ready soon. The lady handing out online orders said I would have to wait until after all the other orders because they were busy. I asked why since my online order at that point should have been ready 30 minutes ago, and she said I’d have to talk to the manager. I asked her who the manager was, and she said he wasn’t here. When you enter, there’s a police security guard, which adds a nice touch of safety. The seating area is clean and spacious, and the service is fast with friendly employees. They have three sub sizes to choose from, and I opted for the 12” Pro sub—it was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back for more!
For those considering vegetarian options, my sister loves this place too! She often gets the mushroom sandwich with all the toppings, or she'll choose either the eggplant or artichoke—it seems she’s tried them all, and those are her favorites. They also offer gluten-free bread!
Stopped here for lunch yesterday and was extremely satisfied.Despite being really busy, the service was great and they had our food ready in a few short minutes.We ate at several places in the area on our trip, but Snarfs delivered the most delicious food we had all week. I got a 5 inch sub as a little snack and it was sooo filling. Glad I didn't get anything bigger because I would've had leftovers. 100% recommend.
