They used to be very reliable with orders in the past, but for the last two or three weeks, their service has been lacking. Perhaps it's due to having younger staff working there. In the past two weeks alone, I've had to reorder my salad twice because instead of the rotisserie chicken I requested, they sent chicken salad. I've also received the wrong kind of chips, and when I asked for double dressing, they only provided one. Additionally, some ingredients have been missing from my salad. I really hope they can return to their previous level of attention to detail.

This place is a must try for their sandwiches! We got the eggplant parmesan and it was so delicious! One can choose their own toppings. Their ice cream was good too. Only downside was that the restaurant was very messy when we visited and we couldn't find a clean table.
We make it a point to visit every time we're in St. Louis. We really appreciate the ambiance, and the food is excellent. The Excel sodas are a refreshing alternative to the usual Coke and Pepsi options. The staff is helpful and consistently friendly.
