Sneakers Sports Grille

My husband and I had our first date here 6 years ago. A lot has changed since then. It used to be a hot Jacksonville beach spot because its in a prime location. It used to be the place to go to watch games. We just went to watch the NBA playoff games. It was absolutely terrible. We waited forever for a table when there was plenty open. Then we were sitting there for about 10 minutes before anyone even asked us about getting us a drink. Luckily we had some time since we were going to stay for the whole game because they got our entire order wrong and we had to send it back. They didn't apologize or offer us any compensation or anything. We used to like going there to remember our first date....

I went to eat grab a bite to eat and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me and it wasn’t even a server it was a girl in training, she was very nice! but she had to get my drink, and she took my food order and basically took care of me. I saw my server once in the hour I was there...the manager had to get my check...it was the worst experience I have dealt with in a long time. Sneakers is too big for good service! The service was horrible and it seemed as though everyone that worked there was running around with their heads cut off...not an organized company!

We had a terrible dinner at Sneakers. it started by our waitress taking Forever to get our drinks. Then when our stacked nachos came they were cold and missing the chilli sauce that was suppose to come on them. When I asked the waitress about the nachos She got defensive and basically said that's the way they were ordered! She didn't even offer to take them back and get us a properly prepared serving. For $10.99 that is unacceptable! The food and service continued to go down hill from there. Atmosphere was smoggy and loud. Skip this place!!

This is one of the best places to watch football. They have a ton of big screens and can even tell you where to sit to see your favorite team. To me it's more of an appetizer place though. You go for wings or potato skins. Not their pasta or fish dishes.

Walked to Sneakers for NFL playoff games Was surprised how good the service and food was! Had wings and hamburgers. Couldn't have been better. Awesome service too! Thank you Desree! Lots of TV's clean and comfortable
