We were searching for a place to eat and were fortunate to come across this bar/bistro! The 2 for $12 cocktails, especially the cherry Bakewell, were outstanding. They also had a nice variety of real ales. We decided to order the steak and fries, and they were absolutely delicious! The food was served quickly and was of high quality. The service was excellent as well. Overall, this is a fantastic place to dine at and we will definitely be coming back!
We called in on passing, so glad we did, ordered drinks, hubby had ber, I had a good white zinfandel, ordered food, hubby had chicken wrap, I had katsu chicken burger, we both had the cajun fries, service was quick, staff friendly, we came back later in week as we enjoyed first experience so much, we had same food, chicken is to die for, so moist good atmosphere good friendly attentive staff, we will be back! 100% recommend
Whilst in knaresborough we were looking for a nice place to eat and came across so bar and eat looked lovely on the inside so we tried it out all I can say is wow the price was decent the food was amazing came quickly and was hot the meal deals they have on through the week are brilliant would definitely recommend to anyone
Lovely gluten free food, after having very poor meals in Ripon we weren’t too optimistic, but we were pleasantly surprised. All the food was very good and service was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t believe the food could differ so much. We would never eat in the Ripon So again as the meals and price were terrible Reserva una mesa ahora
This is a popular and busy bar and restaurant and we were quite lucky to get a seat as some tables were reserved and most were already taken. Food was good (burgers and gyros) and they cater for those who need non-gluten which is great. It’s not that cheap but despite how busy it was, service was quick.
We were turned away at the front door because they wouldn't allow us to bring in our small dog, despite reading reviews that said it was a dog-friendly restaurant. It would be helpful if they clearly stated on their website that they do not accept dogs, especially since we traveled from East Yorkshire.
Thought we would try takeaway as not used them before. Food, mine Burger, was almost cold when it arrived and would rate food as very average. Don't think we will be using them in future.
I ordered the hot or not burger and it was delicious. I chose not to make it spicier with chili oil, but you have the option. The food arrived promptly and the service was excellent. Reserva una mesa ahora
Visited Knaresborough at new year and popped out for some lunch. Busy spot. Drinks a tad on the expensive side the burgers were out of this world!!
