Sobe's - Reserva de mesa

The food here is amazing! The menu may be straightforward, but every dish I’ve tried has been delicious. Whether it’s the basic tacos and burritos or the mouthwatering Carne Asada and Albondigas, everything is top-notch. The owner and the entire staff are wonderful—friendly, quick, and focused on great service. I’d say it’s the best Mexican food in the Imperial Valley, although I haven’t tried everything yet. But so far, it’s the best I’ve experienced, and I can’t wait to return again and again. Plus, they offer handicap access and seating.

The owner and the staff are wonderful—friendly, quick, and focused on providing great service. While I haven't tried enough places to declare it the best Mexican food in the Imperial Valley, I can confidently say it's the best I've had so far, and I always look forward to coming back. They also have handicap access and seating available.

Absolutely Delicious and Satisfying. Sobes is to the soul what a cool glass of water is in the dead of Summer. Pure invigorating refreshment and satisfaction. Here's how to get there: Order the Special Quesadilla Rice Salsa. Scoop out some cheese from the quesadilla and pack it with rice. Liberally apply Salsa at your own discretion. Feast. It is sooo good. It's a reward. Fried, Flavorful, and IMHO (and in the opinion of select El Centro locals) the best meal around.

We had an excellent meal during our first visit. The warm chips paired with flavorful salsa were a perfect beginning—just the right amount of heat, not too strong and not too mild. The Chili Verde Platte was delicious, and those folded tacos were out of this world! The service was fantastic, and the prices were great too. We will definitely be back! Reserva una mesa ahora

Our waitress was very fast and attentive and the food was delicious. I recommend the Super Taco, so delicious. A family-friendly restaurant.
